My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while spacious and with a nice view, struggled with high temperatures that could only be adjusted to 19 degrees. The service was friendly and helpful, although communication about certain issues could have been better. The location was convenient, close to shopping and eateries, but there were unexpected inconveniences with power outages. The dining fell short of expectations with cold and heavily oiled options, although the variety was appreciated.

The hotel had amazing, friendly, supportive staff who were willing to help, but the rooms looked nothing like the photos advertised, making them a bit dated for the price paid.
